60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our Beetroot Gummies. If you've taken the product as directed (2 gummies per day) for 60 days and made a genuine effort to support your health — but still don’t feel any benefit (such as improved energy, better circulation, or overall wellness) — you may request a refund. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per household. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for the first order purchased; repeat orders are not covered.
To qualify for a refund, customers must:
- Use the product consistently for 60 days (2 gummies daily)
- Avoid counterproductive behaviors (e.g., excessive junk food, alcohol, or lack of sleep/exercise)
- Submit the refund request within 65 days of delivery
- Provide proof of purchase
- (In some cases) Share brief feedback on your experience — this helps us improve
We do not issue refunds for:
- Failure to use the product as directed
- Expecting results within a few days or without consistent use
- Repeat refund requests from the same customer
- Purchases older than 65 days

No Returns Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our product and our commitment to product integrity and safety, we do not accept physical returns of any kind — opened or unopened.
We do this to protect our customers. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we can’t re-stock it or resell it for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of consumable products (opened or unopened). We also do not accept returns on gift cards, promotional items, or sale items marked as “final sale.” We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For supplements, this right applies only to sealed, unopened bottles for hygiene and health protection reasons. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
To request a refund, email us at support@zenithformulas.com. We will notify you once we’ve looked at your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
